摘要
通过采集生产现场的数据,从氧化膜生成的影响因素和轧制过程中受到的应力等多方面分析了氧化膜脱落的原因,并从合理安排烫辊材、更换工作辊冷却水嘴、调节工作辊冷却水量等方面来控制氧化膜形成的厚度,减少氧化膜剥落的情况,从而延长了轧辊的轧制公里数,减少了轧辊磨损,降低了成本,为后续氧化膜的控制提供了可借鉴的经验。
By collecting the data of production site,the causes of oxide film shedding are analyzed from the factors affecting the formation of oxide film and the stress in rolling process,and the thickness of oxide film formation is controlled from reasonable arrangement of hot roll material,replacement of cooling nozzle of working roll,adjustment of cooling water quantity of working roll,so as to reduce the condition of oxidation film exfoliation,thus prolonging the rolling km number of rolls,reducing the wear of rolls and reducing the cost.it provides a reference experience for the subsequent control of oxide film.
