为解决国有大型集团公司加强土地房屋资产全生命周期的信息化管理,提高对土地房屋的经营效率,实现土地房屋资产的保值和增值,摸清某集团范围内土地、房屋资产状况。该项目对土地权属、房屋状况调查的技术路线、不动产调查目标和调查方案,以及调查后的成果制作进行了研究,并且对国有大型集团的土地房屋管理提出了合理性建议,为不动产信息化管理做好数据准备。

In order to solve the problem of large state-owned group companies strengthening the information management of the whole life cycle of land and housing assets,improving the operating efficiency of land and housing,and realizing the preservation and appreciation of the value of land and housing assets,to find out the property status of land and house within the scope of a group.The project has studied the technical route of land tenure,housing status survey,the objectives and programme of real estate survey and the production of the results of the survey,and put forward the reasonable suggestion to the land housing management of the state-owned large-scale group,make the data preparation for the real estate information management.
