安阳市水环境质量考核方法研究

Study on Assessment Method of Water Quality in Anyang City

为严格落实水污染防治工作责任,坚决打赢水污染防治攻坚战,切实改善安阳市水环境质量,安阳市制定水污染防治攻坚战月考核奖惩办法,创新月考核排名通报制度,综合考虑了水质达标、水质改善、扣分项及加分项,并融合重点工作任务进展情况,评价结果较为科学合理。该文着重探讨排名方法、成效评估及存在的问题,为安阳市水攻坚提供技术支持,以期推动安阳市水环境质量稳步改善。

In order to strictly implement the responsibility of water pollution prevention and control,resolutely win the battle of water pollution prevention and control,and effectively improve the water environment quality of Anyang City,Anyang City has formulated monthly assessment rewards and punishment methods for water pollution prevention and control battles,innovated the monthly assessment ranking notification system,and comprehensively considered water quality compliance,water quality improvement,deduction items and bonus items,and integration of the progress of key tasks.The evaluation results are more scientific and reasonable.This paper discusses ranking method,the evaluation and existing problems,and provide technical support to fight water pollution in order to promote the Anyang city water quality improved steadily.
