摘要
在进行高尔夫球运动时,需要通过无氧供能的方式才能确保运动活动顺利进行。运动结束后,人的体力会大幅度消耗,因此,要采取合理的体适能训练方式。在高尔夫训练过程中,教师要根据学生的实际情况对其进行体适能训练,不断提高学生的身体素质。在该文中,笔者主要对高尔夫运动体适能的概念、分类进行分析,然后探讨具体的训练方式。
In golf,oxygen free energy supply is needed to ensure the smooth progress of sports activities.After the end of the exercise,people’s physical strength will be greatly consumed,so we should take reasonable physical fitness training methods.In the process of golf training,teachers should carry out physical fitness training according to the actual situation of students and constantly improve the physical quality of students.In this paper,the author mainly analyzes the concept and classification of golf fitness,and then discusses the specific training methods.
