As a carrier to make full use of its advantages in resources and promote scientific research innovation and technological achievements transformation,public technology service platform plays an important role in new research and development institutions.Perfect construction and management is beneficial to resource sharing and technical service,and to promote the rapid development of bio-pharmaceutical industry.This article aims to discuss the construction of infrastructure,team platform and talent training in the field of biological medicine,and to elaborate the information management and the mechanism of security management for public technology service platform.
