混合动力汽车用电池包结构动态特性CAE分析及优化 被引量:2

CAE Analysis and Optimizationon Dynamic Characteristics of Battery Pack Structure for Hybrid Electric Vehicles

摘要 以某高电压型动力电池包为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件分析了在功率谱密度(Power Spectral Density, PSD)频谱下电池包结构件的低阶模态分布及随机振动情况,并对刚度和强度薄弱部件进行了改进设计。结果表明,通过优化电池包配电单元(Battery Distribution Unit, BDU)安装支架,电池包结构的前两阶模态固有频率均提高至35 Hz以上;增加纵梁材料厚度,使得其最大应力降低73%,最大应力低于电池包所用材料的许用应力,满足了结构强度要求。 Taking battery pack with high voltage as the object and based on Abaqus software, the low-order modal distribution and random vibration under the power spectral density spectrum were analyzed and the weak stiffness and strength in the structure were optimized. Results show that, the first and second mode natural frequencies were raised to 35 Hz by optimization of battery distribution unit bracket, and the maximum stress was reduced by 73%, lower than the allowable material stress by increasing thickness of longeron. The improved structure meets the structural strength requirement.
