摘要 介绍了郑州市混凝土装配式剪力墙高层住宅设计技术,对方案设计阶段的装配率计算、工程施工图设计问题进行了总结。在方案设计阶段,应统筹考虑设计需求和构件生产、施工安装、内装修、信息管理、绿色建筑要求等因素,结合装配式建筑评分标准,确定合理的技术路径。施工图设计阶段的总图设计、建筑设计、结构设计和设备专业设计,应结合建筑、结构、设备、装修等专业对构件制作和施工的要求,重点考虑内外部运输、构件存放、吊装和拆分要求,开展标准化设计和模块化设计,并应用信息化技术进行辅助设计。 This article mainly introduces the design technology of high-rise residence with concrete assembled integral shear wall in Zhengzhou. Combined with the projects, several summaries were made in aspects of scheme design stage, assembly rate calculation and key and difficult points of construction drawing design. In the stage of design scheme, the relationship among design requirements, component production, construction and installation, interior decoration, information management, green building and other elements is considered as a whole object, and the reasonable technical path is determined by combining with the scoring standard of prefabricated building. In the construction drawing design stage, the general layout design, architectural design, structural design, building equipment design, combined with the requirements of construction, structure, equipment, decoration and the manufacturing of component and construction company, more attention should be paid on internal and external transportation, storage of component, requirement of hoisting, standardized design, modular design, component splitting etc. Moreover, the information technology is applied to aid the design.
