摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给研学市场带来了严重影响,包括体育研学在内的各类研学活动遭遇停摆,出现经营亏损甚至倒闭、线下体育研学课程开展被遏制、体育研学师资人才流失等窘境,从而促使后疫情时代体育研学的线上线下融合发展模式开始凸显。基于此提出:加强研学市场细分,促进体育研学茁壮成长;进一步强化体育研学融合发展理念,激活体育研学创新意识;健全体育研学指导师培养机制,切实提高师资质量等对策,促进后疫情时代体育研学进一步转型升级。
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on the market for research travel.Various research travel including sports research travel have been suspended or even closured,the development of offline courses of sports research travel has been curbed,teachers and talents of sports research travel are lost,thus promoted the integrated development mode of online and offline sports research travel in the post epidemic era.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the market segmentation of research travel to promote the thriving growth of sports research travel;further strengthen the concept of integrated development of sports research travel,and activate the awareness of sports research travel innovation;the training mechanism of sports research travel instructors and the quality of teachers are need to be improved,so as to further transform and upgrade sports research travel in the post epidemic era.
