全流程信息化建设对药房工作效率及调剂差错发生情况的影响

The influence of the whole process informatization construction of hospital pharmacy on the work efficiency and the occurrence of dispensing errors

目的探讨医院药房全流程信息化建设对药房工作效率及调剂差错发生情况的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月本院的1300例处方,将2019年1月至2019年6月采用常规药房流程管理中650例处方资料纳入对照组,将2019年7月至2019年12月采用药房全流程信息化管理中650例处方资料纳入观察组。比较两组药房工作效率、排药时间、处方审核时间及调剂差错发生情况。结果观察组药品验收时间、票据入库时间、单品库存时间、排药及处方审核时间均较对照组短,且观察组药方调剂总差错率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药房全流程信息化建设可提高药房工作效率,缩短排药及处方审核时间,降低调剂差错发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of the whole process information construction of hospital pharmacy on the work efficiency and dispensing errors.Methods A total of 1300 cases in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected,650 cases in the routine pharmacy process management from January 2019 to June 2019 were included in the control group,and 650 cases in the whole pharmacy process information management from July 2019 to December 2019 were included in the observation group.The working efficiency,time of dispensing,review time of prescription and occurrence of dispensing error were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time of drug acceptance,receipt warehousing,single product inventory,drug scheduling and prescription review in the observation group were shorter,and the total error rate of prescription dispensation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process information construction of hospital pharmacy can improve the work efficiency of pharmacy,shorten the time of dispensing and prescription review,and reduce the incidence of dispensing errors,which is worthy of promotion.
