养血生发酊联合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃效果观察

Efficacy observation of Yangxue Shengfa tincture combined with scalp plum blossom needle tapping on treatment of alopecia areata

目的探讨养血生发酊联合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年2月于本院就诊的斑秃患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用养血生发酊治疗,观察组采用养血生发酊联合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗。治疗12周后,对比两组临床疗效、血浆中P物质(SP)水平、毛发密度、毛囊密度。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高,治疗12周后SP水平较低,毛发、毛囊密度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斑秃患者采用养血生发酊联合头皮梅花针叩刺治疗效果较佳,能降低SP水平,提高毛发、毛囊密度,促进毛发再生。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Shengfa tincture combined with scalp plum blossom needle tapping on treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 84 patients with alopecia areata treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yangxue Shengfa tincture,and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Shengfa tincture combined with scalp plum blossom needle tapping.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,and the clinical efficacy,plasma substance P(SP)level,hair density and hair follicle density were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total clinical effective rate.After 12 weeks of treatment,the SP level in the observation group was lower,and the hair and follicle density were higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Yangxue Shengfa tincture combined with scalp plum blossom needle tapping on alopecia areata is better,which can reduce SP level,increase hair and follicle density,and promote hair regeneration.
