化痰息风法治疗高血压性心脏病患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of the method of phlegm-resolving and wind-calming therapy on patients with hypertensive heart disease

目的探讨高血压性心脏病患者开展化痰息风法治疗的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年6月本院收诊的高血压性心脏病患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施西医治疗,观察组实施化痰息风法,比较两组治疗前后心功能指标数据、用药后心功能症候积分情况及治疗有效率。结果观察组与对照组每分输出量(CO)指标数值分别为(5.6±1.2)vs(4.7±1.6),左心室射血分数(LVEF)数值分别为(57.9±2.8)vs(55.6±2.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组中医症候总积分(Traditional Chinese medicine,TCM)分别为(5.82±0.94)分vs(8.27±1.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压性心脏病患者开展化痰息风法治疗对于改善患者心功能指标和症状效果显著,可推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of phlegm-resolving and wind-calming therapy on patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with phlegm-resolving and wind-calming therapy.The cardiac function indexes before and after treatment,the scores of cardiac function symptoms after medication,and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The CO index values of the observation group and the control group were(5.6±1.2)vs(4.7±1.6),and the LVEF values were(57.9±2.8)vs(55.6±2.1),respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms in the group were(5.82±0.94)points vs(8.27±1.21)points respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive heart disease,the treatment of phlegm-resolving and wind-calming therapy can improve the cardiac function indexes and symptoms of patients,and it can be promoted.
