三维摄影对蒙古族正常(牙合)成人面部软组织的侧貌分析

Analysis of soft tissuefacial profile of Mongolian normal occlusion adults by three dimensional photography

目的 应用三维测量的方法对面部软组织进行测量,研究正常(牙合)面部软组织的立体结果,建立正常(牙合)面部软组织的正常值,为错(牙合)畸形的诊断提供依据.方法 对144例受试者(蒙古族女性77例,男性70例)拍摄三维立体影像,并在软件上进行20个标志点的确定,23个角度、13个线距的测量,所得数据用SPSS 22.O统计分析,对比男女面部差异.结果 共有20项测量项目存在统计学差异(P<0.05).分别是:全面凸角、鼻尖角、鼻尖突度、鼻额角、鼻根突度、INPG角、上唇突度、下唇突度、颏沟深度、颏突度、全面高、下面高、面上1/3角、面下1/3角、上面宽、面宽、下面宽、种族上三角、美学前三角、美学上三角.结论 本研究结果表明,蒙古族男性鼻部挺拔,侧貌较凸,鼻根部较凹,下唇相对于颏部较突,面部较宽,蒙古族女性鼻尖部较圆钝,鼻根部更加高挺,并且男女均为上面高>中面高>下面高,男性下面高大于女性.

Objective To three dimensionally measure the facial soft tissue,to study the stereoscopic features of the facial soft tissue of normal occlusion,to establish the normal value of the facial soft tissue of normal occlusion,and to provide the references for the diagnosis of malocclusion.Methods One hundred and forty-four subjects(77 Mongolian women and 70 men)took their three dimensional images,and 20 landmarks were determined by software,and 23 angles and 13 lines were measured.The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0,and the facial differences between genders were compared.Results There were statistical differences among 20 measurement items(P<<0.05).They are comprehensive convex angle,nasal tip angle,nasal tip protrusion,nasal frontal angle,nasal root protrusion,INPG angle,upper lip protrusion,lower lip protrusion,mental sulcus depth,chin projection,total facial height,lower facial height,upper third facial angle,lower third facial angle,upper face width,face width,lower face width,ethnic upper triangle,aesthetic anterior triangle and aesthetic upper triangle.Conclusions The results show that Mongolian male have straight nose,protruding profile,concave nasion,and protrusive lower lip compared with chin and a wider face.The Mongolian women have a round and blunt nose tip and a higher nasion.Both genders show greatest facial height in the upper third,followed by the middle third,then by the lower third.Male have greater lower third facial height than female.
