摘要
新时代对高校师德师风建设提出了新要求,尤其是对于兼顾教师和医生双重身份的中医药高等院校教师而言,其师德师风的好坏不仅影响着自己的学生,而且还影响着患者。广州中医药大学作为新中国成立最早的四所中医药高等院校之一,历来重视师德师风建设,并将其作为教师队伍建设的重要抓手。通过制度建设、机构建设、宣传引导、考评激励等措施形成了良好了的师德风尚。针对目前高校师德建设中存在的问题开展了"四个一"入职仪式、"四个一"主题实践、发挥"四个一"主体活动,为提升教师师德素养以及育人树人的有效的有效途径进行了有益的探索。
In the new era,new requirements are put forward for the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.The construction of teachers'ethics has achieved remarkable results,but the existing problems can not be ignored.It is of great practical significance to explore solutions to improve teachers'moral quality for educating and cultivating people.
