摘要
"客户身份识别"是商业银行履行反洗钱义务、打击洗钱活动的基础,但实践发现,存量单位账户客户信息、新增账户开户及信息变更、高风险账户交易环节等方面客户身份识别工作仍存在信息质量不高、工作不到位、主体责任不清等问题。对以上问题产生的原因进行分析,提出增强员工风险责任意识、合理划分客户风险等级、制定客户身份初次识别及持续识别实施细则等对策及建议,以期能够对商业银行提高单位客户身份识别质量和效果有所助益。
"Customer identification"is the basis for commercial banks to fulfill their anti-money laundering obligations and combat money laundering activities. However,practice has found that customer information quality of stock unit accounts,new account opening and information changes,high-risk account transaction links,and other aspects of customer identification There are still problems such as low quality of information,inadequate work,and unclear main responsibility. This article discusses the reasons for the above problems,and proposes to enhance employees’ awareness of risk responsibility,reasonably divide customer risk levels,and establish customer identity for the first time.Recognition and continuous identification of the implementation rules and other countermeasures and suggestions are hoped to help commercial banks improve the quality and effectiveness of corporate customer identification.
