《青岛市农村地区清洁取暖气代煤工程技术导则》编制思路与要点

Ideas and Key Points of Technical Guidelines for Gas Instead of Coal Engineering in Rural Houses of Qingdao

为了科学推动青岛市农村地区清洁取暖工作,明确清洁取暖气代煤工程的技术要点,指导和规范工程设计、施工、调试、验收等关键环节,提升工程建设质量和运行效果,主编单位编制了《青岛市农村地区清洁取暖气代煤工程技术导则》。本文通过介绍导则的编制目标与原则、编制方法、对象和范围、重点内容和要点,系统介绍了导则的编制思路和内容要点,在为青岛市农村地区清洁取暖改造提供技术支撑的同时,也为北方地区冬季清洁取暖城市推进农村清洁取暖工作提供有力支撑。

In order to scientifically promote the work of clean heating in rural areas of Qingdao,clarify the technical points of the project of replacing coal by gas of clean heating,guide and standardize the key links of engineering design,construction,commissioning and acceptance,as well as improve the quality and operation effect of the project,the Technical Guidelines for Gas Instead of Coal Engineering in Rural Houses of Qingdao has been compiled completely.This paper systematically presents the compilation ideas and content points of the guidelines by introducing the compilation objectives and principles,compilation methods,objects and scope,key contents,and key points.In addition to providing technical support for the clean heating transformation in rural areas of Qingdao,it also provides strong support for the clean heating city to promote the clean heating work in rural areas.
