摘要
随着BIM技术在建筑领域应用的不断深入,BIM模型承载的设计信息逐渐丰富,具备了从模型中直接获取工程量清单的条件。本文比较了三种基于BIM设计模型提取基坑围护结构工程量清单的方法,对比了每种方法存在的优缺点,总结了每种方法的适用范围。本文为造价人员选取合适的BIM技术路径提供了一定参考。
The application of BIM technology in the field of construction continues to deepen,and the design information carried by the BIM model is gradually enriched,which has the prerequisite for obtaining the bills of quantity directly from the model.This paper compares three methods of calculating the engineering quantity list of foundation pit retaining structure based on design BIM model,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and summarizes the scope of application of each method.This paper can provide a reference for the cost engineer to select the appropriate BIM technology path.
