摘要
为改变换流阀阀厅防火监测系统监测精度不足和时效性差的问题,研制了一种适用于换流阀阀塔的防火监测装置,该装置可实时监控阀塔内部元件的状态,及时发现火情。为考核阀塔防火监测装置在复杂电磁环境下的电磁屏蔽特性,采用等效传输法对装置的电磁屏蔽效能进行计算,得出其屏蔽效能值满足使用要求。试制出防火监测装置样机,并对防火监测装置成像关键技术进行试验验证,结果表明该装置完全满足工程使用要求,可大幅提高火情监测精度。
In order to get over the problem of insufficient monitoring accuracy and poor timeliness of the fire protection monitoring system of the converter valve hall,a fire protection monitoring device suitable for the valve tower was developed,which can monitor the state of the internal components of the valve towers in real time and detect fires in time.In order to evaluate the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of the valve tower fire monitoring device in a complex electromagnetic environment,the equivalent transmission method is used to calculate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the device,and the shielding effectiveness value is obtained to meet the requirements of use.The prototype of the fire protection monitoring device was trial-produced,and the key imaging technology of the fire protection monitoring device was tested and verified.The results showed that the device fully meets the requirements of engineering use and can greatly improve the accuracy of fire monitoring.
