液压启闭机-闸门系统流固耦合振动仿真分析

摘要 通过对某水利工程液压启闭机-闸门系统进行三维建模,以流固耦合动力学为理论基础,在Ansys中采用流固耦合的方式对启闭机在水流冲击及液压脉动作用下的瞬态动力学计算,分析系统的振动响应。结果表明:液压启闭机-闸门系统振动随着闸门开度变大而减小,且在启闭机闸门开启前后振动趋势最明显。减少液压缸脉动压力幅值,可以有效减少系统振动。 Through three-dimensional modeling of hydraulic hoist-gate system of a certain hydraulic engineering,based on theories of fluid-solid coupling dynamics,the transient dynamic of the hoist under the action of water flow impact and hydraulic pulsation was calculated by Ansys,and the vibration response of the system was analyzed.Results show that the vibration of the hydraulic hoist-gate system decreases with the increase of the gate opening,and the vibration trend is most obvious before and after the gate opening.Reducing the amplitude of fluctuating pressure of hydraulic cylinder can effectively reduce the vibration of the system.
