源语依存距离对学生译员有稿同传表现的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以Gile的认知负荷模型作为理论基础,采用多元验证的混合方法探讨在英汉有稿同传的过程中,源语依存距离对学生译员口译表现的影响。研究结果表明:首先,源语依存距离越大,译员的口译准确度和流利度越低;其次,产生以上影响的原因是,源语依存距离的增大导致学生译员“短时记忆”和“听解”的负荷增大,从而造成口译质量下降;最后,学生译员在较大源语依存距离区段使用了断句、省略、归纳等方法来提高译语的质量。 Based on the Effort Model proposed by Daniel Gile,this research,through combined methods,explores the influence of dependency distance of the source language on student interpreters’ performance in simultaneous interpreting with text. The result shows that firstly,the greater the dependency distance of the source language is,the poorer performance student interpreters show in accuracy and fluency. Secondly,as the dependency distance increases,the cognitive loads of the student interpreters’ "short-term memory"and "listening and analysis"increase,leading to the decline of their interpreting quality. Finally,student interpreters adopt the tactics of segmentation,ellipsis and generalization to improve the interpreting quality when dealing with sentences with greater dependency distance.
