岩羊多动物链球菌分离鉴定及药酶试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验对祁连县境内未知原因死亡岩羊组织病料进行细菌学检测,通过细菌分离纯化、16S rRNA测序鉴定,并对分离细菌进行药敏试验分析。结果表明:分离得到一株多动物链球菌(S1);分离株细菌S1的16S rRNA基因序列在线Blast分析显示,16S rRNA基因序列与GenBank上已登录(AccessionNo:NR114042、MN023013、LC316932、MH329623)的多动物链球菌的相应序列同源性≥99.0%;分离株细菌对青霉素、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、氨苄西林、羧苄西林、头孢氨苄、麦迪霉素、氯霉素、呋喃唑酮、多西环素、四环素、头孢哌酮、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、头孢拉定、头孢他啶、哌拉西林、红霉素、多粘菌素B高度敏感,对阿米卡星、复方新诺明、新霉素、呋喃唑酮具有耐药性。 Bacteriological detection were carried out on the tissue samples of unknown cause dead sheep in Qilian County,and the isolated bacteria were isolated and purified by 16S rRNA sequencing identification, and the drug sensitivity test was performed for the isolated bacteria. The results showed that a strain of Streptococcus multiflora was isolated(S1). Blast analysis of 16 S r RNA gene sequence of S1 showed that the 16S rRNA gene sequence had high homology≥99.0% with the corresponding sequence of Accession No: NR114042, MN023013, LC316932, MH329623 on GenBank. Isolated strains of bacteria are p-penicillin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, ampicillin, carbenicillin, cephalexin, medimycin, chloramphenicol,furazolidone, doxycycline, tetracycline, cefoperazone, oxacillin, Gentamicin, Ciprofloxacin, Cefradine, Ceftazidime,Piperacillin, Erythromycin, Polymyxin B are highly sensitive. It is resistant to amikacin, compound trimethoprim,neomycin, and furazolidone.
