当前我国猪伪狂犬病的流行及疫苗应用

The current epidemic of pseudorabies in pigs and the application of vaccine in China

文章对当前我国猪伪狂犬病的流行现状、疫苗的应用以及疫苗的发展趋势进行综述。阐明2011年以后猪伪狂犬病再次流行为伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)变异株。Bartha-K61弱毒疫苗对PRV流行毒提供部分保护。为更好防控猪伪狂犬病,针对PRV流行毒的疫苗陆续被开发,文章论述了以PRV为载体表达外源基因蛋白制备重组多联疫苗的良好发展前景。

In the article, the current status of swine pseudorabies epidemic in China. The application of vaccine and the development trend of vaccine were reviewed. It was elucidated that pseudorabies was again prevalent in pigs after 2011,and it was a variant strain of PRV. Bartha-k61 attenuated vaccine provides partial protection against PRV epidemic virus.In order to better prevent and control the disease, vaccines targeting PRV epidemic virus have been successively developed.It is also pointed out that PRV is a good vector for the preparation of recombinant multiplex vaccine.
