摘要
为提高铁路道岔辙叉综合性能,在干摩擦条件下研究贝氏体钢辙叉与珠光体钢车轮间摩擦磨损规律。试验证明,循环次数、接触荷载、摩擦副的基体组织都会影响材料表面磨损形貌,在干摩擦中主要以粘着磨损、氧化磨损和磨粒磨损为主。珠光体组织状态下的试样基本以粘着磨损为主,随着循环次数和接触载荷的增加,会出现氧化物粘附的情况;贝氏体组织状态下的试样基本以氧化磨损为主。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of railway frog of switch,the change law of friction and wear between bainite steel frog and pearlite steel wheels was studied under dry friction condition.The test results show that the number of cycles,contact stress and matrix structure of the friction pair all affect the surface wear mor⁃phology of the material,and the main wear mechanisms in dry friction are adhesive wear,oxidation wear and abrasive wear.The results show that the adhesive wear is the main wear mechanism in pearlite structure,and the oxide adhe⁃sion occurs with the increase of cycle times and contact stress,while the oxidation wear is the main wear mechanism in bainite structure.
