磁共振成像可视化栓塞微球研究进展

摘要 微球是临床介入栓塞治疗最常用的材料,但目前绝大多数栓塞微球在临床常用的影像设备下是不可视的,即不能被计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)或磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)设备观察到,导致微球所在的位置及其分布不能被及时和准确地监测到。近年来,为提高栓塞治疗的疗效和安全性,人们研究了多种MRI可视化的栓塞微球,但未见综述文献报道。本文总结并归纳了研究中的MRI可视化栓塞微球的设计、制备和评价,旨在为此类微球的研究和开发提供有益的参考。 Microspheres have been the most commonly used embolic agents in clinical embolotherapy.However,most of the embolic microspheres used currently cannot be visualized under routine clinical imaging equipments,such as computed tomography( CT) or magnetic resonance imaging( MRI). Thus,the position and distribution of the microspheres cannot be monitored timely and accurately. In order to improve the efficacy and safety of embolization,a variety of MRI-visible embolic microspheres have been developed in recent years,but no related review has been found. Here,we summarized the MRI "visualized"embolized microspheres reported in literatures for their design,preparation and evaluation so as to provide a useful reference for the further research and development of such microspheres.
