2021年既是“十四五”规划的开局之年,也是推动医疗卫生与健康信息化发展的工作元年。医院作为医疗卫生机构的关键组成部分,医院信息化水平的提升将成为“十四五”期间医疗卫生与健康信息化的建设重点,对于落实把人民健康放在优先发展战略地位的政策至关重要。作者通过对“十三五”时期医院信息化发展水平的基本状况进行回顾分析,探讨“十四五”期间医院信息化重点发展领域,明确提高信息化水平的具体路径。

2021 is not only the first year of the"14th Five-Year Plan",but also the first year to promote the development of medical and health informatization.As a key component of medical and health institutions,the improvement of hospital informatization will become the focus of the construction of medical and health informatization during the"14th Five-Year Plan",which is very important for the implementation of the policy of giving priority to the development of people's health.This paper reviews and analyzes the basic situation of the development of hospital informatization in China during the"13th Five-Year Plan"Plan period,discusses the key development fields of hospital informatization in China during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,and makes clear the specific path to improve the level of informatization.
