青年医师社会支持现状及影响因素研究:基于北京13所三级医院调查研究

Research on social support status and influencing factors of young physicians——Investigation and research based on 13 Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Beijing

目的:了解青年医师社会支持现状及影响因素,为提升和改善青年医师生存状态、促进良好医患关系的构建提供建议。方法:采用分层调查的方法,对北京市13所三级医院青年医师进行问卷调查。数据分析采用相关分析、多元线性回归等方法。结果:调查结果显示,青年医师社会支持总分为35.34±6.27,是否经常参加集体活动、家庭关系是否和睦、人际关系是否融洽等均是重要影响因素。结论:青年医师需要在充分交往过程中建立良好的社会支持,同时建立和谐的家庭支持和人际关系,完善社会支持网络。

Objective:The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and influencing factors of young physicians'social support,and to provide suggestions for promoting and improving young physicians'living conditions and promoting the construction of positive doctor-patient relationship.Method:A stratified survey was conducted among young doctors in 13 Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Beijing.The data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.Results:The results showed that the total score of social support of young physicians was 35.34±6.27.Whether they often participated in collective activities,whether their family relations were harmonious or not,and whether their interpersonal relationships were harmonious were all important factors.Conclusion:Young doctors need to establish good social support in the process of full communication,at the same time,establish harmonious family support and interpersonal relationship,and improve social support networks.
