基于退号候补预约机制的号源管理与应用研究

合理的号源分配与管理机制将有效促进号源的利用率,提高患者预约就诊效率,改善患者就医体验。首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院通过探索建立并推广退号候补预约挂号机制,创新退号流转功能,优化预约号源结构,提高患者就医获得感。

Reasonable appointment source allocation and management mechanism will advance effectively in utilization rate of registration source and promoting efficiency of patients'appointment,and jointly improving patients'medical experience.Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to the Capital Medical University has been explored outpatient appointments’withdrawing and candidate appointment registration mechanism,and promoted its’establishment.What its establishment can innovate the function of outpatient appointments’withdrawing circulation and optimize the reservation source structure,and ultimately strengthen patients'satisfaction involved to medical treatment.
