摘要
以北京市属公立医院为对象,通过分析公立医院科层组织管理的现状及影响因素,探讨通过提升科层组织作用增强服务能力和水平、促进公立医院发挥公益性、有效承担社会责任的举措和建议,为提高优质医疗资源分配效率、促进健康中国战略实施提供参考。
Taking Beijing municipal public hospitals as the object,this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the management of the hospital's department level organization,explores and proposes the formation of the governance system and political leadership of the medical and health industry,effectively extends the department level organization form,improves the humanistic environment of the department level organization,promotes the role of the department level organization of the hospital,gives full play to the public welfare of the public hospital,improves the efficiency of the limited high-quality medical resources,and promotes It is of great significance to carry out the"healthy China strategy"and meet the people's growing needs for a better life.
