随着融媒体时代的到来,多元化信息在短时间内就可能出现裂变式传播,使得网络舆情的监测、引导、预警和管理策略备受关注。由于医疗制度、社会氛围、伦理道德等原因,医疗健康行业成为网络舆情暴发的重点行业。通过研究医院网络舆情频发的原因和工作难点,探究医院在现有医疗体制下高效的网络舆情管理方法,为医院发展营造良好、有利的舆论环境。

In recent years,with the advent of the era of media convergence,diversified information could appear fission spread in a short period of time,making the monitoring,guidance,alerting and management strategies of Internet public opinion more and more concerned.Due to the medical system,social atmosphere,ethics and other reasons,the healthcare industry has become a high-risk industry for the outbreak of online public opinion.Through studying the causes of frequent occurrence of Internet public opinion and the difficulties of management in hospitals,this paper explores some efficient methods of network public opinion management under the existing healthcare system,thus creating a good and favorable public opinion environment for the development of the hospital.
