摘要 目的:应用医疗失效模式与效应分析对急性非创伤性胸痛患者转运流程进行改造,从而降低转运中意外发生的风险。方法:应用失效模式与效应分析对急诊所有急性非创伤性胸痛患者转运过程中容易发生的失效原因和可能产生的后果进行评价,寻找转运流程中需要完善的环节,对转运流程进行改造,避免失效情况出现。对改造前后失效风险指数进行评价与对比分析。结果:主要从主诊医生评估能力、转运意外的处理、相关科室沟通、运送准备工作、交接内容等角度进行评估,流程改造前后差异有统计学意义。结论:应用失效模式与效应分析能够使急性非创伤性胸痛患者转运流程得到改善,能够有效减少转运意外的发生。 Objective:To improve the transfer process of patients with acute non-traumatic chest pain by applying Health failure mode and effect analysis,so as to reduce the risk of accidents in transportation.Methods:Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)was used to evaluate the causes and possible consequences of failure in the transfer process of all patients with acute non-traumatic chest pain in emergency department,to find out the links that need to be improved in the transfer process,and to reform the transfer process to avoid failure.The risk priority number before and after the transformation was evaluated and compared.Results:The evaluation was mainly conducted from the following aspects:the evaluation ability of the attending doctors,the handling of transport accidents,the communication between relevant departments,the preparation for transport,and the handover contents.The differences before and after the process transformation were statistically significant.Conclusion:the application of failure mode and effect analysis can improve the transfer process of patients with acute non-traumatic chest pain and effectively reduce the occurrence of transport accidents.
