基于PLC的数据中心冷源群控系统应用研究

Application Research of PLC-based Data Center Cold Source Group Control System

伴随大数据的蓬勃发展,数据中心的重要性日益凸显,而冷源系统(作为数据中心的"心脏")控制,无论是在安全性还是在节能方面都有着不可替代的作用。为满足数据中心冷源系统安全、高效、节能的需求,本文设计了基于PLC的冷源群控系统。该系统采用冗余服务器、控制器、网络、末端硬件等实现对重要冷源设备信息采集、网络层指令控制以及管理层的显示及控制,并采用不同的控制策略使冷源群控系统合理而高效地运行。通过工程案例的实践,该系统能稳定地按照控制策略实现对冷源系统的远程控制和各运行模式的切换。

With the rapid development of big data,the importance of data centers has become increasingly prominent,and the control of the heart cold source system as a data center has an irreplaceable role in terms of security and energy saving. In order to meet the requirements of data center cold source system safety,high efficiency and energy saving,this paper designs a cold source group control system based on PLC. The system uses redundant servers,controllers,networks,and hardware to achieve information collection of important cold source equipment,control of network layer instructions,and display and control of the management layer. Different control strategies are used to make the cold source group control system reasonable and efficiently. Through the practice of engineering cases,the system can stably achieve remote control of the cold source system and switching of various operating modes according to the control strategy.
