面对当前新形势,高职院校教师队伍的政治思想教育工作应在加强和改进的过程中不断地完善与创新,如何更好地开展该项工作值得探讨。结合当前形势与教师队伍思想政治教育工作中出现的特点,从完善工作方法与创新的重要性、具体内容、具体措施等方面,就高职院校教师队伍思想政治教育工作存在的问题及对策进行积极探究,希望对新时期高职院校教师队伍的思想政治教育工作的开展有所裨益。

In the face of the new situation,the ideological and political work of teachers in higher vocational college must be constantly perfected and innovated during the process of reinforcement and improvement.How to carry out this project deserves discussion.Based on the current situation and teachers’characteristics,this paper attempts to explore the existing problems of the ideological and political work in higher vocational college and the relevant strategies in terms of the importance of working methods and innovations,as well as the specific contents and measures.This is expected to facilitate the implementation of the ideological and political work of teachers in higher vocational college in the new era.
