高职院校电子工程技术专业实训室管理探讨

A Study of the Management of Training Rooms for Electronic Engineering Technology Programs in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育的实践教学体系是高职教育内涵的核心,以培养学生实践能力为人才培养目标,是对高职实践教学的诠释,确立了实践教学在高职教育中的主体地位。高职院校的实践教学,旨在确立以素质教育为核心,技术应用能力培养为主线,应变能力培养为关键,产学研结合为途径,与时俱进的人才培养模式。实训室的建设与管理是新时代高职教育的关键一环,科学、高效、规范地管理实训室是高职实践教学的有效保障。探讨了高职院校电子实训室管理方面存在的问题,提出了实训室管理对策及管理系统的构建建议。

The practical teaching system of higher vocational education is at the heart of higher vocational education.The purpose of higher vocational practical teaching is to cultivate students’practical ability.Such a purpose establishes the main position of practical teaching in higher vocational education and constructs a talent training model that keeps pace with the times.This model focuses on all aspects of quality training,including technology application ability and adaptability.The construction and management of training rooms is an essential part of higher vocational education in the new era.Scientific,efficient and standardized management of the training rooms is an effective guarantee of higher vocational practical teaching.This paper addresses some of the problems in the management of electronic training rooms in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward suggestions for enhancing training room management and creating management systems.
