The role of intravenous drug compounding center in clinical implementation of quality nursing services

目的分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)在临床实施优质护理服务中的保障作用.方法抽选2019年1月~2019年6月于本院开展静脉注射的49例患儿设为对照组(未建立PIVAS),抽选2019年7月~2019年12月于本院开展静脉注射的49例患儿设为观察组(建立PIVAS),统计并比较两组用药不合理、家长用药满意度以及科室药物配制和各环节的消耗时间情况.结果观察组家长的用药满意度95.92%比对照组的81.63%更高,同时用药不合理率2.04%比对照组的14.29%更低(P<0.05).观察组领药、抄贴瓶签、摆药、调配、核对时间以及总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).结论通过建立PIVAS能提升患儿的用药合理性及家长满意度,同时提高护士的工作效率,使护士有更多时间和精力给患儿提供优质的护理服务.

0bjective To analyze the role of PIVAS in the clinical implementation of quality nursing services.Methods The 49 children who received intravenous injection in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the control group(no PIVAS was established),and the 49 children who received intravenous injection in the hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group(the PIVAS was established),statistie and compare the unreasonable medications of the two groups,the satisfaction of parents with medication,the preparation of department medications and the time consumption of each link.Results The.medication satisfaction of the parents of the observation group was 95.92%higher than that of the contmol group 81.63%,and the medication irrational rate was 2.04%lower than that of the control group 14.29%(P<0.05).The observation group received medicines,copying and pasting btleseputting medicines,blending.checking time and total time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of PIVAS can improve the rationality of children's medication and the satisfaction of parents,and at the same time improve the efficiency of nurses,so that nurses have more time and energy to provide quality nursing services to children.
