摘要
本文以聚丙烯(PP)为基础材料,通过添加一定量的金属铝粉和多孔粉体对其进行共混改性,并研究了复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、球压痕硬度和耐热性。结果表明:当金属铝粉含量为2wt%,多孔粉体含量为7wt%时,复合材料的耐热性最好;当金属铝粉含量为2wt%,多孔粉体含量为9wt%时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到21.14MPa,冲击强度达到1.62MPa,球压痕硬度达到61.0N/mm 2,此时复合材料具有较好的综合性能。
In this paper,the impact strength of PP and its composites are studied by adding some amount of aluminum powder and porous powder.The test results show that the heat resistance of the composite is the best when the content of metal aluminum powder is 2wt%and the content of porous powder is 7wt%.When the content of metal aluminum powder is 2wt%and the content of porous powder is 9wt%,the tensile strength,impact strength and spherical indentation hardness of the composite are 21.14MPa,1.62MPa and 61.0N/mm 2,respectively.At this time,the composite has good comprehensive properties.
