摘要
机械连接是飞机复合材料结构最重要的连接方式之一,其面外拉脱性能直接影响结构机械连接的强度。本文针对常用的材料和铺层形式,设计相应的试样,开展了铺层方式、材料及金属垫板对复合材料层压板面外拉脱性能影响的试验研究,获取了相应的失效形式。试验结果表明,铺层比例为(40/50/10)具有更高的钉拉脱性能;对复合材料层压板增加金属垫板,能大幅提升复合材料层压板的面外拉脱性能。
Mechanical connection is one of the most important connection modes of aircraft composite structure,and its out of plane pulling-out performance directly affects the strength of mechanical connection.In this paper,according to the commonly used materials and laminate forms,the corresponding samples are designed,and the influence of stacking mode,material and metal backing plate on the out of plane pulling-out performance of composite laminates is studied,and the corresponding failure modes are obtained.The test results show that the ply ratio of(40/50/10)has higher pulling-out performance.By adding metal backing plate to composite laminate,the tensile strength of composite laminate is improved.
