摘要
伺服电动缸具有响应快、同步性好及控制精准的特点,拟选用伺服电动缸取代液压缸作为飞机结构静力试验中的加载执行机构。通过设计电动伺服协调加载系统的控制策略,首次将电动式力控加载技术引入到结构静力试验平台;应用MTS控制系统和BECKHOFF嵌入式控制器,对悬臂框结构件分别进行单通道及多通道的电动伺服加载测试;总结电动伺服加载系统控制参数调试方法。研究及测试结果表明,基于复合控制的电动伺服协调加载过程准确、平稳,基本满足结构强度试验加载要求,具有一定的推广价值。
Servo electric cylinder has the characteristics of fast response,good synchronization and accurate control.It is planned to choose the servo electric cylinder to replace the hydraulic cylinder as the loading actuator in the static test of aircraft structure.By designing the control strategy of the electric servo coordinated loading system,the electrodynamic force controlled loading technology is first introduced to the structural static test platform.MTS control system and BECKHOFF embedded controller are used to test the single channel and multi-channel electric servo loading of the cantilever frame structure.The debugging method of control parameters of electric servo loading system is summarized.The research and test results show that the electric servo coordinated loading process based on compound control is accurate and stable,which meets the requirements of structural strength test and has certain popularization value.
