企业的项目管理与运营可视化管理是增强企业管理能力与综合决策能力最主要的技术支撑,从组织的角度进行项目管理,掌握项目进展情况,提前预判实施过程中存在的风险,保障项目按节点顺利进行,迫切需要多维度、全方位的项目统计看板的支撑。本文通过对项目管理系统、数据库技术的研究,设计并实现了一种基于项目管理数据集与数据库技术的看板定制开发方法,实现了企业年度计划看板与项目周报看板,有效地提升了企业的综合管控能力。

The project management and visualized operation management of an enterprise are the most important technical support for enhancing corporate management capabilities and comprehensive decision-making capabilities.Managing projects from an organizational perspective,grasping the progress of projects,predicting the risks in the implementation process,and guaranteeing the progress of projects,these processes require the support of a multi-dimensional and all-round project statistical BI.Through the research of project management system and database technology,a BI customized development method is designed and implemented based on project management data set and database technology,and the annual plan BI and project weekly report BI are realized,which can effectively improve the comprehensiveness of the enterprise′s control ability.
