摘要
自行车具有交通和运动双重属性,近年来被赋予低碳、时尚等标签得以回归,成为居民短途出行和健身休闲的重要方式。伴随自行车数量和使用频率的上升,自行车相关伤害成为日益突出的公共卫生问题。本文通过检索、查阅相关文献,对自行车相关伤害的分布特征、临床特征、经济负担、影响因素、防制策略及其措施多个方面进行回顾性分析,旨在为今后我国自行车伤害防制工作提供综合视角。
Bicycles have the dual usefulness for transportation and sports.In recent years,they have also been recognized to be a low-carbon emitter and fashionable therefore they have additional uses for exercise and leisure.With their increasing uses,bicycle-related injuries have become an increasingly prominent public health problem.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive perspective for prevention and control of bicycle-related injuries through analyzing the distribution characteristics,clinical feature,economic burden,influencing factors,prevention strategies and measures based on relevant literature.
