以我国自来水公司发展战略为探讨对象,首先介绍战略管理分析方法,其次基于PEST分析法从宏观行业、供水行业两方面对我国自来水公司外部环境进行分析,最后根据水务行业发展的总体趋势,提出我国自来水公司发展战略方案。

Taking the development strategy of China's water supply company as the object of discussion,this paper first introduces the strategic management analysis method,then analyzes the external environment of China's water supply company from the macro industry and the water supply industry based on the PEST analysis method.Finally,according to the overall trend of water industry development,the development strategy of China's water supply company is put forward.
