Simultaneous Determination of 15 Rare Earth Elements in High-Salt Foods by SPE-ICP-MS

摘要 本研究建立了固相萃取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高盐食品中15种稀土元素。样品经微波消解,赶酸后用0.1 mol/L醋酸铵缓冲溶液调节pH值,通过Inertsep Me-1固相萃取柱,去除氯化钠等盐分,吸附样液中的稀土元素,再经2 mol/L硝酸洗脱后,进入电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定15种稀土元素。本研究所建立的方法能降低盐分对检测的干扰,定量准确,适用于高盐食品中稀土元素的测定。 A SPE-ICP-MS method was developed for the determination of 15 kinds of rare earth elements in high-salt foods.After microwave digestion and acid removal,the pH of the sample was adjusted with 0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer solution.The salt such as sodium chloride was removed through the solid phase extraction column,and the rare earth elements in the sample solution were adsorbed.After eluted with 2 mol/L nitric acid,15 kinds of rare earth elements were determined by ICP-MS.The method established in this study can reduce the interference of salt on the detection.It is quantitatively accurate and suitable for the determination of rare earth elements in high-salt samples.
