光伏玻璃冷端下片机组创新改造

摘要 近年来,随着光伏行业的快速发展,光伏玻璃市场需求急剧扩增,但许多企业生产设备不断老化,无法满足现生产需求。如何快速提高设备生产力、降低成本、增加产量成为光伏玻璃制造行业的一项难题。通过对光伏玻璃下片方式的研究,自主设计制作转片立交,利用淘汰的老旧设备改造连线辊道及下片机,通过合理的技术创新,提高下片机组的稳定性及下片效率。 In recent years,the market demand for photovoltaic glass has expanded sharply with the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry.However,production equipment in many enterprises is aging and can not meet the current production demand.Therefore,how to quickly improve equipment productivity,reduce costs and increase output has become a difficult problem in photovoltaic glass manufacturing industry.Through the research on the sheet-transferring way of photovoltaic glass,we independently design and manufacture the sheet-transferring unit in cross intersection mode,and transform the connecting roller table and the sheet-transferring equipment by using the obsolete old facilities,and improve the stability and efficiency of the transferring unit through technological innovation.
