摘要
抗冲击强度是光伏玻璃和光伏组件的一个重要机械强度指标。目前玻璃的抗冲击性能使用钢球检测,组件的抗冲击性能使用冰球检测。本文从两种检测手段的理论能量计算对比、组件使用钢球和冰球进行抗冲击试验结果对比、以及玻璃或冰球破碎时的形态对比三方面来研究玻璃和组件抗冲击检测手段的对应关系。结果表明:两种检测手段无对等关系,且玻璃抗冲击标准要严于组件抗冲击标准。
Impact strength is an important mechanical strength index of PV glass and PV modules.At present,the impact resistance of glass is tested with steel ball,and the impact resistance of module is tested with ice ball.In this paper,the corresponding relationship between glass and module impact resistance detection methods is studied from three aspects:comparing the theoretical energy calculation of the two methods,comparing the impact test results of module using steel balls and ice ball,and comparing the morphology of glass or ice ball when broken.The results show that there is no equivalence between the two detection methods,and the impact resistance standard of glass is stricter than that of component.
