From "the Party’s Leadership System" to "the Party’s Leadership Systems" :The historical investigation and realistic enlightenment of the system construction of CPC leadership system since the reform and opening up

"党的领导制度体系"的形成,经历了一个历史的过程。党的十一届三中全会后,在总结中华人民共和国成立后的经验教训中,以邓小平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人深刻认识到制度的极端重要性,在党的历史上首次提出了"党的领导制度"这一全新的命题。在深化制度改革、建设、创新和执行的实践中,党的领导制度更加科学化、规范化和系统化,逐步形成总揽全局、协调各方的党的领导制度体系。新时代坚持和完善党的领导制度体系,必须坚持正确政治方向,一体推进党的领导制度改革、建设和执行,把党的领导制度融入国家治理体系,为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义提供根本保证。

The formation of“the Party's leadership systems”has experienced a historical process.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,in summing up the experience and lessons after the founding of PRC,the Chinese Communists represented by Deng Xiaoping deeply realized the extreme importance of the system and put forward the new proposition of“the Party's Leadership System”for the first time in the history of the Party.In the practice of deepening the reform,construction,innovation and implementation of the system,the party's leadership system has become more scientific,standardized and systematic,and has gradually formed the Party's leadership systems that take over the overall situation and coordinate all parties.To adhere to and improve the Party's leadership systems in the new era,we must adhere to the correct political direction,and promote the reform,construction and implementation of the Party's leadership system as a whole,and incorporate the party's leadership system into the construction of the national system,so as to provide a fundamental guarantee for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
