摘要
以某公司的汽车侧围外板的拉延成型为例,利用CAE分析技术对其进行冲压成型模拟分析,形成分析结果及说明,根据CAE分析数据采取有效措施,对模具进行整改。通过实例证明,CAE分析可以缩短模具开发制造周期,减少新模具动态调试工时,节约制造生产成本。
In this paper,taking the drawing forming of a company's automobile side wall outer panel as an example,CAE analysis technology is used to carry out the simulation analysis of the stamping forming,and the analysis results and instructions are formed.According to the CAE analysis data,effective measures are taken to rectify the die.The example shows that CAE analysis can shorten the mold development and manufacturing cycle,reduce the new mold dynamic debugging man hour,and save the manufacturing cost.
