重复经颅磁刺激对脑梗死患者下肢运动功能的影响及可行性分析

Effect and Feasibility Analysis of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Motor Function of Lower Limbs in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激对脑梗死患者下肢运动功能的影响及可行性。方法选取2017年7月至2019年12月无锡市康复医院收治的90例脑梗死伴下肢运动功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分成对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规药物及康复治疗,观察组联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对比两组患者取得的康复效果。结果两组患者治疗后感觉运动恢复量表(Fugl-Meyer)及功能综合评定量表(FCA)评分,较治疗前均提高(P<0.05),且观察组评分提升幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后脑卒中康复运动功能量表(STREAM)及日常生活能力评分表(ADL)评分,较治疗前均提高(P<0.05),且观察组评分提升幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗能显著提升患者的下肢运动功能、行走能力及日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on motor function of lower limbs in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study and divided into a control group and an observation group by random draw,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and rehabilitation therapy.The observation group was combined with repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(TMS)therapy,and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of sensorimotor recovery scale Fugl-Meyer and functional comprehensive assessment scale(FCA)in two groups were significantly different after treatment,which were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was improved more significantly(P<0.05).Stroke rehabilitation motor function scale(STREAM)and(ADL)score scale of daily living ability in two groups were significantly different after treatment,which were both improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had a greater improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is feasible in patients with cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the motor function,walking function and daily living ability.
