盐酸贝尼地平、缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效及对患者肾功能的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Benidipine Hydrochloride,Valerian and Indapamide in Patients with Refractory Hypertension and Their Effects on Renal Function

目的探讨盐酸贝尼地平、缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效及对患者肾功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月沭阳县人民医院收治的98例顽固性高血压患者作为观察对象,通过抽签的方式将其分为对照组(n=49)和试验组(n=49),两组患者均予以盐酸贝尼地平以及缬沙坦治疗,同时对照组增加氢氯噻嗪治疗,试验组增加吲达帕胺治疗,比较两组治疗后的血压肾功能和血钾的变化。结果两组治疗前收缩压、舒张压、肾功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组收缩压、舒张压、肾功能指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血钾浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组血钾浓度高于对照组,且试验组血钾浓度降低程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在顽固性高血压患者的药物治疗选择中,盐酸贝尼地平、缬沙坦以及吲达帕胺联合治疗更有利于提高患者的降压效果,改善肾功能,对血钾的影响小。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of benidipine hydrochloride,valerian and indapamide in the treatment of refractory hypertension and its effect on renal function.Methods A total of 98 patients with refractory hypertension treated in Shuyang People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(n=49)and experimental group(n=49)by drawing lots.Both groups were treated with benidipine hydrochloride and valsartan,while the control group increased hydrochlorothiazide and the experimental group increased indapamide,the blood pressure and renal function of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and renal function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and renal function in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum potassium concentration between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum potassium concentration in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the decrease degree of serum potassium concentration in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benidipine hydrochloride combined with valsartan and indapamide is more effective in lowering blood pressure and improving renal function in patients with refractory hypertension also.
