达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者的排卵情况及内分泌代谢水平影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Diane-35 Combined with Metformin on Ovulation and the Level of Endocrinous in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析在多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗中采用达英-35联合二甲双胍的价值。方法选取2016年12月至2019年12月无锡市康复医院收治的84例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,根据数字双盲法分成研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以达英-35治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,评价两组治疗后的临床效果、卵巢功能恢复、代谢指标等情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,促卵泡激素(FSH)水平高于对照组,卵泡时长短于对照组,排卵前子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平低于对照组,组间各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征治疗中采取达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗具有较为显著的效果,可有效恢复卵巢功能,改善代谢指标,是一种较为理想的治疗方式,值得在多囊卵巢综合征的治疗中应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the value of diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 84 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the digital double-blind method,they were divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diane-35,while the study group was treated with metformin on the base of control group.The clinical effects,ovarian function recovery and metabolic indicators of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the E2 and LH levels were lower than the control group,the FSH level was higher than the control group,the length of follicle was shorter than that of control group,the endometrial thickness before ovulation was smaller than the control group,the FPG and FINS level was lower than the control group.There were significant differences in various indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin treatment in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant effect,which can effectively improve ovarian function and improve metabolic indicators.It is an ideal treatment method and is worthy of application and promotion in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
