大黄牡丹汤加减治疗湿热瘀结症慢性盆腔炎的效果和不良反应分析

摘要 目的分析探讨对湿热瘀结症慢性盆腔炎使用大黄牡丹汤加减治疗的效果和不良反应。方法选取2020年1月至8月徐州利国医院收治的60例湿热瘀结症慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,对患者编号抽取分组,研究组30例,用大黄牡丹汤加减治疗,对照组30例,用西医药物治疗,比较两组血液流变学指标、炎症因子水平、治疗效果以及不良反应。结果与对照组进行比较,研究组治疗总有效率明显较高,血液流变学指标明显改善,炎症因子水平明显降低,不良反应明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿热瘀结症慢性盆腔炎使用大黄牡丹汤加减治疗,可减轻炎症,促进血液循环,改善病情,治疗效果显著,不良反应低,可有效促进患者的康复。 Objective To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of Dahuang Mudan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness heat stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome treated in Xuzhou Liguo Hospital from January to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and the number of patients was divided into groups.The research group(30 cases)was treated with Dahuang Mudan Decoction,and the control group(30 cases)was treated with western medicine.The hemorheological indexes,inflammatory factor levels,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the research group was higher,the hemorheological indexes were improved,the level of inflammatory factors was decreased and the adverse reactions were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness heat and stasis syndrome using Dahuang Mudan Decoction,which reduces inflammation,promotes blood circulation,improves the condition,has a significant treatment effect with low adverse effects,and effectively promotes the recovery of patients.
