Prevention of Complications after Neonatal BCG Vaccination

目的探讨新生儿卡介苗接种并发症处理及预防。方法选取溧阳市中医医院2016年8月至2020年8月收治的100例卡介苗接种新生儿作为研究对象,就卡介苗接种先后顺序实施随机分组,即分为对照组和观察组,各50例。在观察组接种期间实施并发症预防管理,对照组实施常规管理,就两组新生儿卡介苗接种后淋巴反应、心因反应、皮肤溃疡概率、家长满意度、家长卡介苗接种知识掌握得分方面展开比较。结果新生儿卡介苗接种期间,实施并发症预防管理后的观察组,出现淋巴反应、心因反应、皮肤溃疡概率低于对照组,两组新生儿比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家长对参与本次研究的护理人员满意度较高,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家长在预防并发症管理中,对卡介苗接种知识掌握情况较好,与对照组比较得分较高,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿卡介苗注射期间,协同并发症预防管理介入其中,可最大限度降低卡介苗注射后并发症的发生,提升疫苗注射安全保障,降低医患纠纷,使护理满意度上升,促进新生儿家长对卡介苗注射的相关知识掌握。

Objective To investigate the prevention of complications of neonatal BCG vaccination.Methods From August 2016 to August 2020,100 cases in Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of BCG inoculated newborns were selected as the research object,and the BCG vaccination sequence was randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.The management of complications prevention was carried out during inoculation in the observation group and routine management was carried out in the control group.The scores of lymphatic reaction,cardiac factor reaction,skin ulcer probability,parents'satisfaction and parents'knowledge of BCG vaccination were compared between the two groups.Results Lymphatic reaction,cardiogenic reaction and skin ulcer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during BCG inoculation(P<0.05),the satisfaction of neonatal parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the knowledge of BCG vaccination was better in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion During neonatal BCG injection,cooperative complication prevention and management intervention can minimize the occurrence of complications after BCG injection,improve the safety of vaccine injection,reduce doctor-patient disputes,and increase nursing satisfaction.To promote neonatal parents to master the relevant knowledge of BCG injection.
