摘要
采用干湿循环试验,线性极化(LPR),电化学阻抗谱(EIS)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)方法研究有机羧酸胺(ZX)与Ca(NO_(2))_(2)在3.5%NaCl饱和Ca(OH)_(2)溶液中对碳钢的阻锈效果。试验结果表明,在溶液中加入阻锈剂0.2%~1.2%时,有机羧酸胺与Ca(NO_(2))_(2)均有抑制碳钢锈蚀的作用,但在干湿循环试验中Ca(NO_(2))_(2)的阻锈效果与其含量不成比例关系,而ZX与其含量有良好的相关性。此外,在电化学试验中,随着ZX与Ca(NO_(2))_(2)含量的增加,阻锈效果越明显,且在3.5%NaCl饱和Ca(OH)_(2)溶液中ZX的阻锈效果优于Ca(NO_(2))_(2)。
The inhibition effect of a composite organic compound(ZX)on the corrosion of carbon steel in 3.5%NaCl saturated with Ca(OH)_(2)solution was investigated by dry and wet cycle experiments,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)measurements,liner polariza tion resistance(LPR)measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)experiments,it is found that the rust resistance effect increases with the increase of concentration of inhibitors.ZX functions as more effective inhibitor than Ca(NO_(2))_(2)in the weight fraction range of 0.2%~1.2%and its stability were better than Ca(NO_(2))_(2).
